I have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler that I’ve always wanted to fix up, and I finally started this year with new tires, rims, and a bumper. Not long after, I got into a wreck, so after spending about two months getting replacement parts together, I brought it to Texas Collision Center in Plano. WOW. They seriously took care of me and did their thing!! I am beyond happy with how everything turned out. The shop itself is so nice, clean, professional, and legit, but what really stood out was how kind and welcoming everyone was. Huge shoutout to Shannon! Her professionalism, attention to detail, kindness, and overall vibe are the perfect example of how you make a customer feel taken care of. She made the entire experience so easy and genuinely made me feel like my Jeep was always in good hands. I’m so happy to finally have my Jeep back and looking better than ever. Thank you guys so much! I will absolutely be coming back and recommending Texas Collision Center to anyone who needs work done.

Michael was incredibly helpful. Unlike many people in this field, he genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. When I came in, he gave me information and guidance that my insurance company never provided, explained what I needed to know about maintaining my car in the future, arranged a ride home for me, and offered advice far beyond what was required of him. I truly felt that he cared about my safety and success as a car owner. It never felt like a simple business transaction. His care, hospitality, and willingness to help were exceptional. This location is extremely lucky to have Michael. He is a true asset to the team, and I cannot recommend him enough!

Couldn't be happier with the service at Texas Collision Centers. Being in an accident is never fun but they made the whole process way less stressful. Michael Robinson was my service advisor and he was great. He kept me in the loop the whole time, answered any questions I had, and made sure I always knew what was going on. When I picked up my car it looked amazing. You would never know it had been in an accident. I really appreciate how well they took care of everything and how easy they made the experience. I'd definitely recommend Texas Collision Centers if you ever need repairs.

My service Advisor, Matt Workman, was absolutely wonderful. He made me very relaxed and confident in the repair and the result was fantastic. He explained everything to me very well and made sure my car was ready under 4 days as he promised. He had the parts pre-ordered, so when I dropped it off on Tuesday, he made sure it was ready for pickup on Friday of the same week. The work done was very good that I immediately forgot the accident and it felt like my car was brand new again. The receptionist was very nice and caring as well. I would say my entire business with Texas Collision at West Plano Parkway was wonderful and commendable. I would surely recommend them to anyone needing repair services. I give Matt and his team, a 10/10. Thank you guys for the work done. It was much appreciated.

I am truly satisfied with the service provided by Darios Hicks, who has been assisting me with my vehicle repair from day one. He was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My vehicle was delivered on time and returned in excellent condition, which I greatly appreciate. The overall repair experience was smooth and well managed. The only concern I noticed was related to one of the repair components. I was initially informed that the cooling radiator would be replaced with a new part; however, the final bill indicated that a used cooling radiator was installed. I would appreciate some clarification on this point for better transparency. Overall, I am thankful for the team’s effort and the quality of service provided.
